Web hosting quite simply refers to the costs for keeping your website active and online in the Internet. These fees can vary greatly from one company to another. For example, Yahoo charges around $12.00 per month, while a local company (local to Tina's Ark Web Design) charges $40.00 per month! Currently, web hosting for customer's of "Tina's Ark Web Design" is available for most websites at $36.00 annually (that breaks down to a mere $3.00 per month).

**Your Domain Name

Buying your domain name is separate from all other fees also. May we suggest http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains? However, there are many other choices. Domain fees average $4 to $25 a year. Average price is $15.00 annually. You must buy a domain name in order to have an active website on the Internet. Domain registrars require a Credit Card to setup your account.

Options:

1) You setup the account and send us the domain information

2) You can give us your billing information and we'll setup the account for you. Your domain name will be billed directly to your credit card. (Please Note: We do not store any personal info here; and once domain setup is complete, we destroy your personal information in full. Do not ask us to recharge your card for annual billing as we will not have it "on file".)

Maintenance Fees

$35.00 an hour. Maintenance includes things such as changing text, pictures, information, adding pages, deleting information, etc. We charge only a flat hourly rate. Those new updates will be posted to your website within 7 days (most are done within the first 72 hours). Urgent changes can be done within 24 hours.
